Tartine Bakery is one of San Francisco’s most beloved food destinations. Located near my home in the city’s Mission District, it sits just steps from Mission Dolores Park.

On many Friday mornings, I photograph the patrons gathered at Tartine. Locals and visitors alike share a certain happiness when they’re there—coffee in hand, pastries on the table, the day just beginning. Capturing these moments has become one of my favorite ways to start my weekend.
